さけはJJを実際の生活でJJと呼んだことがないので、JJと呼ぶのがあまり心地よくない

この場合のThatはそれまでの調査の時間をさしています。

彼女はいつもドアの中にいる
この場合はJJがまさにドアの中に入っているので、insideを使っています

ジャーナルをみてみます
have a look ちょっと見てみる
例、Can you have a look at my facebook? 私のＦａｃｅｂｏｏｋ見てみてくれない？

あなたは彼らの仲間になった
one of them 彼らの中の1人、仲間
この場合ＪＪが死んで、幽霊になってしまったことを言っています。
例、You are one of those people who like the smell of socks. あなたは靴下のにおいが好きな人間の1人ですね。
